McDonald's in Ahaus

Could use a new coat of paint, but the staff look nice. Tastes like McDonalds just tastes.

Were there, didn't get any dips (7 pieces), the fries weren't salted and the burgers were thrown together rather than topped. It's been better

Have been there in the drive, have been there with a handicapped person who is hard of hearing, he was turned on stupidly because he spoke louder, that is not possible!

Just shameful. Something is forgotten every time. It's always the same there when you drive in the drive. The colleague who takes the orders there doesn't even let you order in peace at the counter and totally urges you to finish, he is also so stubborn and unfriendly. That was the last time we go there. Staff just not able to pack an order together so that something is not missing. Pity !

The staff are nice and the food came to the table quickly, but one staff member was not wearing his mask properly.

Just pure disappointment! All tables are dirty and the food is way too expensive for the quality! Then I'll go straight to Burger King, where the offers in the app are much better anyway! Bye!

Wanted to eat something quickly. Order: Junior bag and 2 different premium burger menus. At first there were no more table signs, so I kept running and looking at the board. Then we had our meal and a part was missing and / or wrong. Other side dishes were served with the junior bag, and ketchup was missing, and complaints were made. Burger 1 unpacked, wrong burger in the package. Went to complain, burger was exchanged (with waiting time, but brought to the table). Burger 2 was without sauce, but first ate the 3 prawns and only noticed it then, so complained now and then (this time the eyes were rolled). In fact, the complaint was only accepted after discussions. We have eaten in the meantime and I was full even without my burger. Waited another 5 minutes then went there and said that I no longer need the burger and that I have to drive on. The burger was put out to me and I was supposed to take it with me, I didn't want this anymore, I wanted my money back for the burger. Of course I pay for what I ate. I didn't want to pay the burger that was wrong at first (like all 3 parts of the order) and then not brought. The negative rating has ended at the end of the Shift supervisor traded who acted as if he wanted to beat me up. He came threateningly close to me and said I should take the burger and go. After tough negotiations, I got my money back for the burger. I couldn't help it that I had to complain so often, if the order had come the way I placed it, it would have been 5 stars.

Food was ok, but we had to wait for more then 25 min. It looked like I was at a chicken farm. A lot of people talking and shouting but productivity was low. A few people complained that there order was not complete.

MC Drive taken because we had no masks .... Patient employee when taking order. Fast handling.

Being nice to a customer is something they've never heard of. All looking like they're the most unhappy, unmotivated people in the world. Also at the drivetrough, you're greeted with a "Ja!?"

Hi there, the cleanliness in Ahaus is really very bad. The staff smells of sweat, the tables and floor are all smeared. The screens from the ordered terminal are dirty. I asked the staff about it. The guy with the hadset just said yes boss yes boss. Was very rude and then blasphemed about us behind our backs. Then he roughly wiped the tables so listlessly that it looked exactly as before. If not worse since he only touched the table with a rag. Sauces leftovers were spread out on the table. We were there on 1.2.2020 at 1:40 p.m. Ps. There is no email address on the receipt!

Cold food but it tastes alright.

Modernized McDonald's. Great slide outside even for smaller children :-) Super self-service ordering terminals :-) Waiting time was ok. Food is also brought to the table, if you choose that. Unfortunately, no real McCafe (cake, chai latte, ... there is not) Unfortunately, something was often missing when ordering (will have been there several times), you should check with food to take away directly at the cash register. Parking situation / access poor (if a lot is going on, at the "McDrive", then you do not get away from the parking lot). Too little parking and tight. Cleanliness inside not always good (including tables not really clean, floor sticky)

As usual, fast food is just if you dont have enother chance
